Wendy grew up in Forks, Washington. She moved to the Skagit Valley in 1996 to attend college. She joined Stiles & Lehr in 1998. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys photography, scrapbooking, reading and jogging. She also enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and is involved with their baseball board groups.

Julie Huerta joined our team as a Legal Assistant in 2004. She grew up in Skagit County and graduated from Sedro-Woolley High School in 2002. She is married with two children and  has a dog named Sprocket, her annoying yet cuddly chihuahua. In her free time, Julie enjoys reading, hiking trips with her family and cheering her kids on at soccer games.

Eric is a life-long resident of Sedro-Woolley, attending school at Mary Purcell and Central Elementary and later graduating from Mount Vernon Christian High School in 2004. After high school, Eric attended Patrick Henry College in Northern Virginia. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government – Public Policy. Upon moving back to Sedro-Woolley, he put his experience to work by volunteering to campaign for school levies and bonds and joined the Sedro-Woolley Planning Commission in 2011.

Eric became a full-time employee at the beginning of 2012. Starting out at the front desk, he has since transitioned into the back office and specializes in assisting the attorneys with real estate, estate planning and corporate matters.

Eric cherishes living in Sedro-Woolley and enjoys giving back. He is involved with the Sedro-Woolley Chamber as a Chamber Ambassador and currently serves as the Chairman of the Planning Commission, Board Treasurer of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Skagit County and member of the Sedro-Woolley Rotary. Additionally, he was elected to the Sedro-Woolley School Board in 2017 and has a deep passion for supporting its students and teachers.

Sarah grew up in Sedro-Woolley, graduating from Sedro-Woolley High School in 2007 and spent eight years living in San Diego, CA after graduating. She moved back to Washington in 2015 to raise her daughter, Austen, around family. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Sarah joined Stiles & Lehr in September of 2018. She currently lives in downtown Sedro-Woolley with her family, Alex, Austen, Wayde and their dogs Coco and Cole. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, taking trips with her family, the outdoors and interior design.

Sheri Paulsen joined Stiles & Lehr in 2019 and serves as our Receptionist. Sheri is originally from Montana but has spent a large portion of her life in Skagit Valley. Sheri is a wife, a mother and a proud member of the Sedro-Woolley community. She is the first face you see at Stiles & Lehr and is always here to greet you with a smile and a helping hand.

Kathy Stiles is the bookkeeper and accounts manager at Stiles & Lehr. Kathy and Brock Stiles have been married since 1988 and she joined the Stiles & Lehr team in 1995. Kathy was born and raised in California. She is a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sedro-Woolley and enjoys volunteering with Family Promise of Skagit Valley.
