OUR TEAM

Brock and Tim were both raised in Skagit County and grateful to have returned after law school to practice law in such a beautiful area. They are both very active in their local community, being members of the Sedro-Woolley Rotary Club and volunteering their time to several local organizations, committees and events.

BROCK STILES

Attorney At Law

Brock was bom on May 26, 1960, the proud son of William & Betty Stiles, and raised in Sedro-Woolley with his four brothers Bill III, Bob, Brian, and Bret, and sister Becky. He attended schools in the Sedro-Woolley School District at Mary Purcell, Central, Cascade and Sedro-Woolley High School. In high school, he was ASB President and captain of the golf team. After graduating from high school in 1978, he attended the University of Washington were he received a political science degree in 1982. He then attended the Willamette University College of Law and received a juris doctor degree in 1985. He has practiced law in Sedro-Woolley beginning in June 1986 with his father William (who started the practice in 1951) and brother Brian (who is currently a Skagit County Superior Court Judge).

 

He served as Public Defender for the Town of Concrete from 1987 to 2004, and the Sedro-Woolley Civil Service Examiner from 2001- 2015. He has been the
Sedro-Woolley Municipal Court Judge since 2015. Brock has served as President of several organizations: Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo, Skagit County Community Action Agency, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Sedro-Woolley Youth Orchestra, Sedro-Woolley Schools Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, and Sedro-Woolley Rotary.

 

He was also the Rotary District 5050 Assistant Governor from 2009-2012. He has
chaired the Skagit County Bar Association Liberty Bell Award Committee from 2000-2017. He was chair of the Sedro-Woolley School Levy Election Committee for 2004, 2006, 2008, and 2010.

Brock enjoys helping to organize The Great Sedro-Woolley Footrace held every July 4th. He and his family have also enjoyed hosting numerous foreign exchange students over the years.

Brock is blessed to have married Katherine on November 19, 1988, for their two
children, Sarah and Jonathon, and for their granddaughter Austen.

TIM

LEHR

Attorney At Law

Tim is a native to Skagit County, graduating from Mount Vernon High School in 2003. Prior to graduating college and attending law school, Tim enjoyed living in Florence, Italy and San Diego, California.

 

He eventually returned to Washington to attend Seattle University, where he earned a degree in political science graduating magna cum laude as well as on the President’s List and Dean’s List. He went on to graduate cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. While at Seattle U Law, Tim received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing II. He was in the Real Estate Law Student Association, sat on the Judicial Board for the SU Law Student Bar Association and was the Vice President of the Federalist Society, Seattle U Law Chapter.

 

Also during law school, Tim clerked for all four judges at the Skagit
County Superior Court. Additionally, he interned at a criminal defense firm in downtown Seattle and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Lisa R. Worswick at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II in Tacoma, WA.

Tim is a member of the Northwest Washington Estate Planning Council, a board member for the Skagit Community Foundation, Secretary Treasurer of the Skagit County Bar Association and a member of the Sedro-Woolley Rotary Club.
